Mission Statement: Uprising ministries exists to destroy the strongholds the enemy has established by following the life example of Jesus Christ through faith in motion, while equipping future leaders through discipleship to advance the body of Christ.

“Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:26-28

Vision Quest:

1. Setting captives free

“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners” Isaiah 61:1

2. Equipping believers:

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

3. Discipleship:
“We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ.” Colossians 1:28

4. Faith in action
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink….’I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:35-40
